Oud & Rose by L'Occitane en Provence is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men. Oud & Rose was launched in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Karine Dubreuil-Sereni. Top notes are Peony and Bergamot; middle notes are Grasse Rose and Cedar; base notes are Agarwood (Oud), Vanilla and Patchouli Leaf. Oud & Rose is the latest fragrance of the collection by the house of L'Occitane LA COLLECTION DE GRASSE named after the Mediterranean town Grasse in Provence. The new collection Oud & Rose includes EDP in 75ml flacon, glittery body milk as 250ml and glittery bath, also as 250ml. The collection was created to unite two regions known for history and tradition of perfumery, by creating balance between Arabic and French style in fragrance creation. Composition of Oud & Rose opens with gentle peony petals refreshed with bergamot. Lush rose flowers from Grasse are supported by cedar chords in the heart of the composition while the base is created of woody notes of oud, patchouli leaves and soft, warm vanilla. Flacon of the new fragrance L'Occitane Oud & Rose has the same form as previous editions of the collection, this time decorated with ornaments in gold color suggesting opulent Arabic motives. Outer carton is combined of white and gold color and the box opens the same way that flacon of the fragrance stays on a special pedestal.
