Top notes are Jasmine Sambac, Gardenia and Rose; middle notes are Tuberose and Rose de Mai; base notes are Ambergris, Patchouli and Sandalwood. “Honestly, I couldn't find any more appropriate a name than the above for this most bewitching elixir.From the first drop, one is hit with a torrent and tidal wave of white floral notes with the deep red sparkling rose blissfully floating in the background. Because of the high percentage of ambergris in this blend, the floral notes are refreshingly vibrant yet smooth from the start with a certain oceanic saltiness that runs through the entire course of the attar’s development.After three hours, the 30-year old patchouli starts to surface alongside the sandalwood, with the ambergris gaining prominence.
